Part Time Events Coordinator
Part Time event coordinator is needed to develop, plan, coordinate and complete functions for weekend events and worldwide shows.

• This job requires traveling to events.
• Calls for skills in managing, planning, coordinating, executing, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of events. The event coordinator must follow financial constraints and maintain a set timetable.
• The event coordinator’s responsibility is to ensure that facilities, equipment, physical setup and personnel provided meet the requirements of the event.
• Must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision.
